Promotional Coupon Terms & Conditions
- Riverside Home Designs coupon offers are only valid towards the purchase of new design services.
- Coupons or rebates may not be redeemed towards "Production Costs or Engineering Fees." See our FAQ: What are production costs? for more information.
- Offers are only valid up to the date indicated on the coupons. No substitutions, rain checks, or other extensions will be allowed.
- Coupon offers may not be combined with any other offers or discounts available from Riverside Home Designs.
- Only one coupon or rebate per customer per purchase.
- Coupons and related discount information and other materials become the property of Riverside Home Designs and will not be returned.
- Riverside Home Designs is not responsible for lost, late, or misplaced coupons.
Important: No rebates or discounts will apply unless the actual discount coupon is tendered at the time the services are purchased. Any claims or coupons not presented at the time of purchase will not be eligible as discount and will automatically become void and shall have no merchantability whatsoever.
- If all terms and conditions as printed on the face of the coupons are not met, rebates and/or face value coupons will become null and will not apply.
- In case of dispute, any purchase that has been made involving a discount or rebate coupon will no longer be eligible for a rebate or discount. Further, the amount of rebate or discount that was previously applied to the purchase will be deducted from any credit given to the customer, and the purchase price will be adjusted to the full retail price as published by Riverside Home Designs.
- To qualify for discount coupons or rebates, you must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Availability and terms of offers may change without notice.
The sole purpose for Riverside Home Designs to offer coupons and gift certificates is as an incentive to gain additional "new" business. Riverside Home Designs may cancel and/or modify any offers or coupons at any time without notice and without having to make any financial compensation to any outstanding coupon holders.
